世界青少年艺术节旨在全世界范围内弘扬各族裔文化书画艺术和摄影艺术，促进中、外国际文化 书画、摄影、音乐、舞蹈、民俗、作文等艺术交流，丰富了青少年儿童的艺术生活。从2010年起 迄今已成功举办十五届，超过上千名各族裔青少年及各界社会贤达积极参加，现已成为南加州地 区乃至中美两国间具有一定影响力的民间青少年艺术活动。
1.Activity Overview
The World Youth Art Festival aims to promote ethnic cultural calligraphy, painting, and photography art worldwide, and to promote international cultural exchanges in art forms such as calligraphy, painting, photography, music, dance, folk customs, and writing, enriching the artistic lives of young people. Since its inception in 2010, it has successfully held 15 sessions, with thousands of ethnic minority teenagers and social elites from all walks of life actively participating. It has now become a youth art activity with a certain influence in the Southern California region and even between China and the United States.
二、活动目的
第十六届世界青少年艺术节旨在培养青少年健康的审美情趣、良好的艺术修养，发现和推出优秀 民族民间文化艺术青少年人才，促进国际艺术文化交流，展示各族裔青少年热爱民族、奋发向上 的精神风貌。

The 16th World Youth Art Festival aims to cultivate healthy aesthetic tastes and good artistic accomplishments among young people, discover and promote outstanding young talents in ethnic folk culture and art, promote international cultural and artistic exchanges, and showcase the spirit and style of young people of all ethnicities who love their nation and strive for progress.

五、 活动宗旨
本届活动的主要任务是进一步丰富和活跃世界青少年课余生活，发展青少年儿童艺术特长，全面 提高青少年儿童的艺术素质，繁荣青少年儿童艺术创作，开展国际青少年文化艺术交流，包括东 西方文化和不同民族、不同国家的各类文化进行交流，促进我国文化艺术界的繁荣昌盛，丰富青 少年儿童文化生活。
活动聘请了一批当代艺术名家和文艺界著名人士担任艺术顾问和评委会成员。以促进青少年素质 教育为主线，通过书法展、绘画展、摄影展这些不同的文化元素的展示，推出一批展示时代精 神、体现区域特色的文化活动，凸显创新活跃、特色鲜明、繁荣发展的新生青少年文化。大赛将 通过网络、评委与观众的共同投票，评选出最优秀的作品和最优秀的小艺术家，授予荣誉证书和 奖杯，并将获奖作品进行慈善拍卖，支援欠发达地区的文化艺术教育。
5.Activity Objectives
The main task of this event is to further enrich and invigorate the after-school life of young people worldwide, develop their artistic talents, comprehensively improve their artistic quality, promote the prosperity of youth art creation, and carry out international cultural and artistic exchanges, including the exchange of various cultures from the East and the West, different ethnic groups, and different countries, to promote the prosperity and development of China’s cultural and artistic circles and enrich the cultural lives of young people.
The competition has hired a group of contemporary art masters and famous figures in the literary and art circles as art consultants and members of the judging panel. With quality education for young people as the mainline, through the exhibition of different cultural elements such as calligraphy, painting, and photography exhibitions, a group of cultural activities that showcase the spirit of the times and reflect regional characteristics will be presented, highlighting the innovative and vibrant, distinctive, and prosperous development of the new youth culture. Through online voting, judges and audience voting together, the competition will select the best works and the best young artists, awarding honorary certificates and trophies, and holding charity auctions of award-winning works to support cultural and artistic education in underdeveloped areas.

Itinerary and Schedules
第一天：北京飞洛杉矶。接机、晚餐后回到15766 Fairgrove Ave 拉蓬特，CA 91744 阳光学院。
First Day: Arriving in Los Angeles, Pick-up at LAX, dinner and back to 15766 Fairgrove Ave, La Puente, CA91744. U.S.A，Sunshine Academy.
第二天：迪斯尼乐园一日游
早餐后前往被称作“世界上最快乐的地方”迪斯尼乐园。其节目内容丰富精彩，有睡美人城堡，小 小世界，恐怖鬼屋，丛林历险，加勒比海盗，太空山，海底总动员的FINDING NIMO ,夺宝奇兵 以及卡通城内唐老鸭与米老鼠的家，新奇有趣，令你永难忘怀。
Second Day: Touring the so-called “the Happiest Place in the world” Disneyland. People could experience Sleeping Beauty Castle, It’s a Small World , Adventure Land, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, Finding Nimo, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck’s home
第三至六天：圣地亚哥四日游
早餐后前往位于美国最西南的海滨度假城市圣地亚哥，那里气候温和，环境优美，具有很浓厚的 异国风情。洁净的空气，蔚蓝的海水，金色的阳光，白色的沙滩，吸引了来自世界各地的游客。 另外圣地亚哥还是美国的军港，我们可以乘坐海湾游艇，参观现在已成为美国海军历史博物馆的 中途岛号航空母舰。另外还有著名的海洋世界公园，令你流连忘返。
Third-Sixth Day: Touring San Diego, which is one of the nicest cities in the United States. Enjoying fresh air, clear sky, blue water, golden sunshine, and white beach, Visiting USS Midway Aircraft Carrier, now it is the museum of American Navy. Also may experience San Diego Bay Cruise, and San Diego Sea World.
第七天：环球影城
早餐后出发，前往位于洛杉矶西北处好莱坞市的世界最大的电影电视制作中心环球影视城。占地 420英亩的环球影城内容惊险刺激，有卡通立体及动感电影（怪物史瑞克及辛普森一家），也有超 刺激的木乃伊回归及侏罗纪公园，还有现场表演的水世界以及由前加州州长施瓦辛格主演的终结 者。最为好看的莫过于坐上观光的列车上开进摄影棚的后区参观好莱坞电影的幕后制作及特技效 果，让你呼风唤雨，感受灾难性大地震，公路坍塌，地铁出轨，另外还有大白鲨的食人场面，飞机 坠毁的场景等等。
Seventh Day: Universal Studio, which is one of the biggest movie studios in the world, covers an area of 420 acres, located in Northwest of Los Angeles. In the park, there are so many rides and attraction we can experience, like Jurassic Park, Revenge of the Mummy, the Simpsons Ride, Water World, Shrek 4-D, Terminator, House of Horrors and Studio Tour with King Kong 360 3-D.
第八天：洛杉矶市区观光一日游
早餐后参观游览洛杉矶市中心，包括洛杉矶音乐中心，斯塔普斯体育中心，诺基亚娱乐中心以及 中国城，日本城和洛杉矶市政府及金融商业区。前往世界著名的好莱坞星光大道，奥斯卡金像奖 的颁奖礼堂柯达剧场，中国剧院，戏院门前的水泥空地上留下了世界级超级巨星们的手印，脚印
及他们的签名，吸引了来自世界各地的游客。
Eighth Day: Los Angeles City Tour, including L.A. Music Center, Staples center, Nokia Theatre, China Town, Little Tokyo and Commercial and Financial Districts of Downtown Los Angeles. Touring Hollywood City, Fame of Walk, Chinese Theater and Kodak Theater, the home of the annual Academy Awards Ceremonies (the Oscars).
第九天：参观洛杉矶现代艺术博物馆
Ninth Day: Visiting LACMA, Los Angeles County Museum of Art; Visiting MOCA, The museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, one Museum, three locations.
第十天：参观洛杉矶公立及私立学校，包括大学校园游览。与美国小朋友手拉手。
Tenth Day: Visiting local public and private schools, including college or university campus tour. Hand in hand with local friends.
第十一至十四天：参观美国阳光教育学院，并参与学习培训项目。
Eleventh-Fourteenth Day: Visiting American Sunshine Education Academy, joining training programs.
第十五天：欢送晚会
美国学校化妆晚宴答谢，体验异国风情。各国小朋友手拉手，合影留念！
Fifteenth Day: Costume party in American school. Young artists wear a masquerade or dress when you participate in the party. All the young artists who come from all over the world hand in hand and celebrate together. What a wonderful American journey!
第十六天启程回国。
